Booking & Payment

All appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

● Cancellation more than 24 hours before your appointment: You will receive a full refund of your payment.

● Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment: Your payment will be retained in full and is non-refundable.

● Failure to attend your appointment (no-show): Your payment will be retained in full.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and the original payment may be retained.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment, and in some circumstances your appointment may need to be cancelled. Where an appointment cannot go ahead due to a late arrival, the payment may be retained.
